Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Process Analysis or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to collect, structure and analyse data from different sources.
• Analyse and visualise data and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Combine information from systems with insights from workshops and documentation.
• Map end-to-end business processes across different areas and locations.
• Analyse processes from a high-level perspective and in greater detail as needed.
• Organise and support workshops and structure their outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and support development of business recommendations and solutions.
• Organise priorities, deliverables and dependencies in an Agile environment.
• Break complex topics into smaller work packages and ensure tangible results.
