Job summary

B2B Network is seeking an experienced IT/business analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, translate strategic goals into technical requirements, and ensure end-to-end traceability. The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, developers, and testers, with a focus on banking domain knowledge and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will model processes, map data, and support solution verification while communicating effectively in English across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration.
• Experience of using Jira, Confluence.
• Experience or knowledge of API development, Data Mapping and Process Modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design.
• Knowledge of Architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business strategies and align with target architecture.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers and testers.
• Translate strategies into detailed IT requirements for the team.
• Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Be responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement.
• Support testers and developers in the team and hub.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
