NATEK seeks a seasoned Business Analyst / PM to support a global transformation programme in the banking sector. You will collect, structure and analyze data from multiple sources and map end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Process Analysis or similar.

• Analyse and visualise data and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Combine information from systems with insights from workshops and documentation.
• Map end-to-end business processes across different areas and locations.

• Organise priorities, deliverables and dependencies in an Agile environment.

The project focuses on the transformation and standardization of tax-related processes, with a strong focus on business analysis and data.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to collect, structure and analyse data from different sources.
• Analyse and visualise data and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Combine information from systems with insights from workshops and documentation.
• Map end-to-end business processes across different areas and locations.
• Analyse processes both from a high-level perspective and in greater detail, depending on the business need.
• Organise and support workshops and structure their outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and support the development of business recommendations and solutions.
• Organise priorities, deliverables and dependencies in an Agile environment.
• Break complex topics into smaller work packages and ensure tangible results throughout the project.

Our Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Process Analysis or a similar role.
• Experience in banking services for global international companies.
• Strong Project Management skills – planning, coordination, stakeholder management and delivery.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with an end-to-end approach.
• Experience working in global, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Tax, Securities Services, Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund
• Accounting or Transfer Agency is a strong advantage.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• English on min. C1 level.
