Job summary

NATEK is hiring a Project Manager in Warsaw to support a global transformation programme for a banking client. You will drive business process reforms and operating-model changes, aligning stakeholders across functions and regions to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma-minded improvements, high-level process mapping, and a strong emphasis on data-driven delivery within an Agile setup. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives focused on business processes and operating model development.
• Develop a high-level vision for how processes and operating models should work across different business areas.
• Analyse existing processes, identify key pain points and improvement opportunities, and define the desired future state.
• Map end-to-end processes at a high level, taking business specifics and differences between areas into account.
• Define endpoints, metrics and measurable business outcomes for transformation initiatives.
• Translate process analysis into concrete projects and improvement actions with clear business impact.
• Organise and drive project activities, priorities, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders across a global organisation and align different business perspectives.
• Support continuous improvement using a pragmatic Lean / Six Sigma approach.
• Work in an Agile environment and ensure regular progress and delivery.

The project focuses on the transformation and standardization of tax-related processes, with a strong focus on business analysis and data.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives focused on business processes and operating model development.
• Develop a high-level vision for how processes and operating models should work across different business areas.

Our Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Process Transformation or Operating Model design.
• Experience in banking services for global international companies.
• Strong Project Management skills combined with a product-oriented and business-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to translate complexity into a clear high-level model.
• Experience in defining business outcomes, metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to look beyond process mapping and connect transformation activities with concrete business impact.
• Experience in Tax, Securities Services, Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund
• Accounting or Transfer Agency is a strong advantage.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience is a plus, particularly a pragmatic approach focused on measurable improvements.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Fluent English.
