Job summary

Solid in Warszawa is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive complex banking change initiatives. You will clarify requirements, map data flows, and work with cross-functional teams to design T24 and reporting solutions.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data modeling, and excellent communication with stakeholders. You will mentor analysts, participate in workshops, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiatives
• Drive assigned initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state
• Analyse business needs, systems and data models to support solution design
• Translate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutions
• Analyse end-to-end data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms and reporting systems
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and reporting teams
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls and operational processes
• Support solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces and reporting requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering standard and exception processing
• Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams throughout refinement and delivery
• Take ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact and resolution are identified
• Contribute to application modernization, simplification and innovation initiatives

• Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions
• Ability to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios and expected results
• Experience investigating production incidents and data discrepancies across multiple systems
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ability to manage cross-system issues and drive resolution
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
