EPAM Systems Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice. You will lead complex enterprise transformations through advanced automation solutions and modern AI technologies within fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end requirements ownership, serving as trusted advisor to client stakeholders up to C-level, shaping To-Be workflows with architects, and driving AI/automation use case discovery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis in global, agile IT services or consulting.
• Deep BA mastery: BABOK, elicitation, traceability, BPMN/UML.
• Ability to bridge business and tech across projects from web/backend to automation.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English B2+.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and RAG architectures is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice to lead complex enterprise transformations through advanced automation solutions and modern AI technologies within innovative, fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Ownership: Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects - eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into robust functional specifications
• Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders (up to C-level), facilitating high-stakes workshops and managing competing priorities
• Process & SDLC Leadership: Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven) and ensure deliverables align with business goals
• AI & Automation Strategy: Drive use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for advanced intelligent solutions (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures)
• Continuous Innovation: Proactively expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through advanced training and professional certifications

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Core BA Mastery: Deep expertise in BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling (BPMN/UML, Jira, Visio, etc.)
• SDLC & Tech Fluency: Solid ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams across diverse projects (from classic web/backend delivery to automation)
• Communication: Advanced negotiation and presentation skills. English B2+ minimum
• Strategic Mindset: Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges in environments with high ambiguity
• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI and foundational architectures (e.g., LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation)
• Nice to have UiPath Expertise: Foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate) or hands-on experience will be considered a major advantage
• Prototyping: Experience with Figma or similar tools to collaborate in visualizing solutions
• Innovation Mindset: Active interest in exploring cutting-edge AI trends, emerging tools, and modern development methodologies
