Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to guide clients in identifying, assessing, and delivering automation solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable automation opportunities, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate across IA lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

You will analyze processes, produce AS-IS/TO-BE models, and assist in business case development while staying ahead of IA technology trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong BPMN and AS-IS/TO-BE mapping abilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, assessing automation potential, and building business cases.
• Understanding of Intelligent Automation lifecycle and RPA development principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with clients, owners, and SMEs to elicit requirements.
• Document business processes at multiple levels and create AS-IS/TO-BE models.
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities and contribute to business cases.
• Translate requirements into clear process and automation specifications.
• Support workload estimation, scoping, planning, and risk management.
• Collaborate across IA lifecycle with architects, developers, PMs, and sales teams.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

What will you do?

• Lead business and process analysis workshops with clients, Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Analyse and document business processes at high, mid, and low levels, creating AS-IS and TO-BE process models using BPMN notation.
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities, assess automation potential, and contribute to business case development.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear process documentation and automation requirements.
• Support workload estimation, scope definition, delivery planning, risk management, and change impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and sales teams throughout the Intelligent Automation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, pre-sales activities, and client presentations.
• Support the development of Robotic Operating Models, Intelligent Automation Competence Centres, and automation best practices.
• Explore emerging automation technologies and contribute to continuous improvement across our Intelligent Automation offering.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within technology, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent process analysis and mapping skills, including BPMN, AS-IS documentation, and TO-BE design.
• Experience in requirements gathering, automation opportunity assessment, workload estimation, and business case development.
• Good understanding of the Intelligent Automation lifecycle and RPA development principles.
• Knowledge of the UiPath ecosystem, including UiPath Studio and Continuous Discovery capabilities such as Process Mining, Task Mining, Automation Hub, and Task Capture.
• Familiarity with emerging UiPath technologies, including Maestro and Agent Builder.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting project delivery.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in emerging automation technologies.
