Hiberus is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge business needs with AI/ML and GenAI capabilities for a large, stable services organization.

You will translate business requirements into concrete AI use cases, run workshops, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate with AI teams, LLMOps, architecture and security to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
• Ability to gather and define requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML and GenAI.
• Knowledge of BPMN, BABOK, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with requirements and backlog management tools.

Responsibilities
