Job summary

Worldline invites a Senior Business Analyst to join the Risk Technology – Transaction Monitoring Team. You will lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering to deliver value for clients and scale delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting user stories, analyzing processes, and driving improvements while liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience in a payment / financial services environment.
• Experience with AML Transaction Monitoring / Fraud detection.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent in writing requirements specifications and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop and propose process improvements or workflow changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users.
• Create and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions that align with requirements.
• Test and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined performance objectives and user needs.
