Job summary

Worldline is seeking a detail-oriented KYC/AML specialist to assess merchant risk and perform due diligence. You will verify documentation, conduct sanctions checks, and support onboarding while communicating clearly with sales. A fast-moving, collaborative team across an international setting awaits your ideas for improvement.

You’ll participate in training, contribute to personal and team development, and help shape the way we approach compliance in a global payments landscape.

Qualifications

• English language is a must (fluent)
• Experience in KYC, AML compliance or merchant risk assessment
• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Experience in working in an international environment
• Ability to work with various computer systems/programs

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and risk assessment from AML, KYC and credit risk perspective
• Conduct lookups in sanction lists and Card Scheme databases
• Onboard new and existing merchants; verify documents and request information as needed
• Communicate requests to sales and participate in team training
• Contribute ideas for team and personal development; collaborate with colleagues

Day-to-day responsibilities

• KYC and Risk assessment from the perspective of AML, KYC and Credit risk
• Lookups in sanction list and Card Scheme databases
• Onboarding of new and existing merchants. Verify documentation and request additional documents and/or information if needed and communicate the requests to sales
• Participate in training sessions provided to the team
• Contributing to both the teams and personal development with ideas for improvement
• Collaboration and support within the team
