Job summary

ALGOTEQUE is hiring a Business Analyst for Savings Account Product Development on a mostly remote banking project with Łódź office visits twice a month. The role is B2B (JDG).

As the bridge between business and IT, you will gather, analyse and document requirements for banking systems, forms and screens in the mobile app and online banking, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations. We're hiring: Business Analyst – Savings Account Product Development. Mainly remote | Office visits in Łódź twice a month | B2B. Join a banking project at one of the largest banks in Poland and help develop the savings account product. As a Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business and IT teams: gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for banking systems, application forms and screens in the mobile app and online banking, and making sure the delivered solutions match stakeholder expectations.

• Mainly remote work
• Office visits in Łódź at least twice a month

What you'll do

• Run workshops, interviews and analyses to identify business needs
• Create clear, unambiguous and complete functional and non-functional requirements for banking systems, application forms and screens in the mobile app and online banking
• Verify that delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements (UAT, functional testing)
• Support development teams operationally and technically, staying close to the product or initiative
• Support the Product Manager in communication with IT teams and stakeholders
• Document decisions and the context of changes to maintain knowledge continuity within the product
• Work in parallel with multiple IT teams, products and Product Managers

What we expect

• Experience in business analysis for banking products, including native solutions in mobile apps
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques
• Ability to create requirements documentation
• Experience in testing solutions (UAT, functional testing)
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Basic technical knowledge (API, system architecture, databases)
• Ability to ask the right questions and clarify requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a complex project and product environment
• Attention to detail and clarity of documentation
• Polish at B2 level or higher
• Your own sole proprietorship (JDG) – B2B cooperation
