ALGOTEQUE is hiring a Business Analyst for Savings Account Product Development on a mostly remote banking project with Łódź office visits twice a month. The role is B2B (JDG).

As the bridge between business and IT, you will gather, analyse and document requirements for banking systems, forms and screens in the mobile app and online banking, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Qualifications

• Banking product analysis experience, including mobile native solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques.
• Ability to create requirements documentation.
• Experience in testing solutions (UAT, functional testing).

Responsabilités

• Run workshops, interviews and analyses to identify business needs.
• Create clear functional and non-functional requirements for banking apps.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet requirements (UAT, testing).
• Support development teams operationally and technically.
• Support the Product Manager in IT stakeholder communications.
• Document decisions and changes to maintain knowledge continuity.
• Work across multiple IT teams and product managers.
