BlueSoft приглашает на должность бизнес-аналитика для долгосрочного проекта по цифровому банкингу для бизнес-клиентов в одном из крупнейших банков Польши. Вы будете отвечать за сбор и анализ требований, моделирование процессов и участие в тестировании UAT.

Требуется опыт не менее 5 лет в банковском/финтех-сегменте, знание BPMN, API/Open Banking, а также английский не ниже B2. Гибридный или полностью удаленный режим работы, доступ к обучению и сертификациям, плюсом будет знание AML/KYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в бизнес-анализе/аналитике систем или аналогичной роли.
• Опыт в банковской сфере/финтех, корпоративный/коммерческий банкинг.
• Знание цифровых банковских платформ, транзакционных и core banking систем, API/Open Banking.
• Опыт работы в Agile/Scrum, создание бэклога и взаимодействие с Product Owner.
• Умение моделировать бизнес-процессы BPMN и проектировать пользовательские пути.
• Опыт проведения UAT, создание сценариев и управление дефектами.
• Знание банковского регулирования, AML/KYC.
• Высшее образование и знание английского не ниже B2.

Responsabilités

• Сбор и анализ бизнес и функциональных требований в сотрудничестве с Product Owners и заказчиками.
• Перевод бизнес-целей в пользовательские путешествия, эпики и истории.
• Участие в backlog grooming и refinements в Agile/Scrum.
• Работа с UX/UI командами, архитекторами и разработчиками над проектированием решений.
• Подготовка и координация UAT, сценариев и тест-кейсов, управление дефектами.
• Контроль рисков и зависимостей, отчетность руководству и взаимодействие с поставщиками и юр/комплаенс.

BlueSoft is an innovative software house belonging to the Orange Group. We have an internal philosophy: creating simple and effective solutions to complex problems. Founded in 2002, we now work with more than 1,000 engineers who know over 200 technologies! You will join a long-term project developing digital banking for business customers at one of the largest banks in Poland. You will be responsible for analysing and defining requirements for commercial and corporate banking products, from identifying customer needs to designing solutions and conducting acceptance tests.

Collecting and analysing business and functional requirements in cooperation with Product Owners and customer segment owners. Analysing customer needs, opinions and behaviours, as well as market trends, to develop digital products. Modelling As-Is and To-Be business processes and identifying opportunities to optimise and automate them. Translating business objectives into user journeys, epics and detailed user stories. Participating in backlog development and prioritisation, as well as refinements in an Agile/Scrum environment. Working with UX/UI teams, architects, systems analysts and developers on solution design and system integrations. Preparing and coordinating UAT, including end-to-end scenarios and test cases, and managing identified defects. Monitoring risks and dependencies, reporting progress, and working with suppliers and legal and compliance departments.

Требования

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in banking, fintech or payments, preferably in commercial or corporate banking. Knowledge of digital banking platforms, transaction and core banking systems, and API/Open Banking integrations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum, including backlog creation, refinements and cooperation with a Product Owner. Ability to analyse and document business and functional requirements using Jira and Confluence. Experience in BPMN process modelling and user journey design. Experience working with UX/UI teams, architects and systems analysts. Practical knowledge of UAT, creating end-to-end scenarios, managing defects and obtaining business acceptance. Knowledge of banking regulations, including AML/KYC. Higher education and English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
