Reply is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to elicit and document requirements, write user stories, and maintain backlog items in agile environments. You will partner with frontend developers and UX designers, ensuring clear specs and regulatory compliance.

Role requires cross-market stakeholder collaboration, participation in Scrum ceremonies, and a strong grasp of GDPR considerations, APIs, and data protection standards, with fluency in English and Polish.

Formación

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools.
• Stakeholder management experience in large organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Basic familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping or wireframing (nice to have).

Salary range

• B2B Contract: 120 - 140 PLN net/h.
