Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape our brand across product launches, campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints. You’ll join the Design Studio, collaborating with Marketing, Product Marketing, Motion, Content, and Leadership to ensure a cohesive, recognizable identity.

You’ll bring 5+ years in brand design within software/AI, deliver scalable systems, and translate complex technology into engaging visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer in software/AI/tech.
• Portfolio showing brand design across campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
• Experience building brands for modern software companies with clear product storytelling.
• Strong SaaS, AI and technology design trend awareness.
• Ability to craft concepts and storyboards for launches and campaigns.
• Collaboration with motion designers to translate design into animation.
• Excellent typography, composition, colour and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Circle's visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead creative direction for major product launches, campaigns and initiatives.
• Design scalable brand systems for web, social, ads, events, presentations and email.
• Develop visual narratives for launches, translating complex AI tech into simple visuals.
• Create campaign identities, illustrations, iconography, and launch assets.
• Develop storyboards for launch videos and motion pieces with designers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Motion and Leadership on visual direction.
• Build reusable brand systems, templates and frameworks for consistency.
• Evolve design language by researching branding and AI trends.
• Present concepts clearly and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain high attention to craft and detail across assets.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve design workflows.
