Job summary

OLX is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to shape brand systems across the group, driving visual identity and governance for a portfolio of brands. You’ll lead design direction, collaborate with Marketing, Brand Strategy and regional teams, and elevate craft through AI-enabled workflows while maintaining brand integrity.

You’ll mentor through critique and hands-on leadership, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure scalable design across product launches, experiences and communications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design.
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences.
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of OLX Group's brand ecosystem across brands and touchpoints.
• Build scalable brand systems and asset libraries with governance.
• Lead creative direction across digital, physical, and experiential brand touchpoints (excluding advertising).
• Develop AI-ready design systems and templates to accelerate quality and consistency.
• Mentor designers and elevate craft while influencing senior stakeholders.
