Job summary

Viktor is seeking a hands-on Brand Designer to own the production-level branding across ads, decks, social, and events. You will extend the brand system and ensure assets land everywhere customers touch us, from LinkedIn campaigns to blog visuals.

You should have 5+ years in brand/visual design, strong illustration and art-direction instincts, and fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. AI tooling experience is a plus for speeding workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand and visual design across agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
• Portfolio shows craft and range: brand identity, illustration, decks, social, print, events, motion.
• UI/UX experience is a plus, AI fluency is.

Responsibilities

• Ads: produce static and motion ad creative at volume within budget.
• Brand execution: adapt and extend the visual system inside the brand book.
• Campaigns & social: daily briefs, quick turnarounds with static, animation, video, blog/editorial.
• Decks & templates: equip teams with on-brand decks and reusable templates.
• Events: design booths, signage, swag, and on-site visuals.
• Product visuals: redraw product screens for marketing, not UI work.
