Job summary

OLX Group is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to shape brand systems and visual identity across a portfolio of brands. You will lead with design craft, establish governance, and drive AI-enabled workflows to scale creative output globally.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Design, and regional teams to translate strategy into cohesive brand experiences, while mentoring designers and elevating the craft across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design.
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences.
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
