Job summary

Circle is seeking a Lead Designer for Discover to own end-to-end design, identify opportunities, and ship high-quality AI-driven experiences at scale. You will collaborate with a founder-led product team, shaping the future of discovery and trust in a global, remote environment.

You’ll mentor designers, emphasize craft, and contribute to a market-wide design system, with emphasis on two-sided marketplace UX and growth signals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to ship end-to-end design and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Own Discover’s design end-to-end, framing problems and setting direction.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences and trusted signals.
• Serve both sides of the market with scalable design decisions.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools and collaborate with engineers.
• Mentor and elevate the design craft within the team.
