Job summary

RÖDL Poland is seeking a seasoned business analyst to drive finance transformation and digital workflow projects across international teams. You will bridge Finance, Accounting, and IT, translating business needs into actionable IT requirements and leading end-to-end implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and partners, contributing to automation, intelligent document processing, and process improvement initiatives while supporting ongoing optimization of solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes gained in BPO, consulting, or systems implementation.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, testing, and go-live support.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Join our BPO team and support international projects focused on finance transformation, digital workflows, process optimization, automation, and IT solutions.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Business Processes, and IT, collaborating with global project teams, business stakeholders, accounting professionals, developers, and technology partners.

What we are looking for

• Practical understanding of financial process.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into processes and functional IT requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Experience as an Accountant/ Financial controller in an international or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Very good English; German is a plus.
