Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer to own and lead interdisciplinary 3D model management across the full project lifecycle, from FEED to EPC. The role focuses on model consistency, early clash detection, and digital collaboration aligned with BIM objectives.

The candidate should have 5+ years in BIM coordination within EPC, advanced Navisworks, and familiarity with Revit or AVEVA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Coordination within the EPC industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of EPC project design flow and clash resolution.
• Familiarity with Revit, AVEVA, or other BIM tools (Preferred).
• Fluency in professional English.

Responsibilities

• 3D Model Leadership: Coordinate integrated 3D models (Navisworks) across all disciplines (Civil, Piping, E&I, etc.).
• Clash Management: Run clash checks, classify priorities, and ensure clashes are resolved per review cycle.
• Standards & Quality: Enforce Level of Development consistency and modeling standards, aiming for zero major issues during formal reviews.
• Constructability & Safety: Identify spatial conflicts and constructability issues early to reduce field rework and integrate HSE zoning into model checks.
• Innovation: Support 4D pilot projects and drive improvements in BIM processes and digital tools.
• Mentorship: Provide onboarding and training sessions to project teams to increase proficiency in model navigation.
