Job summary

AECOM is seeking a BIM Modeler to join our Bridges & Structures Department. You will develop BIM models for transportation projects, coordinating across offices in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of BIM modeling experience, strong Autodesk Revit skills, and familiarity with CDEs like Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise. Fluency in English is required, and a civil/ architecture/ construction management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing BIM models for structural infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Bentley OpenBridge is advantageous.
• Fluent English and experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise.
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for transportation infrastructure projects with LOD 200 to LOD 350.
• Ensure models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards.
• Create and develop BIM content for the Bridges & Structures discipline.
• Produce drawings and technical documentation, including reinforcement detailing and structural steel drawings.
• Support model quality reviews in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed across offices.
• Work independently within a structured and collaborative environment.
