Job summary

Dar, the founding member of the Sidara group, is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape BIM specialist to oversee the development and maintenance of Landscape BIM models, perform clash detection, and enforce BIM standards across projects.

You will coordinate with project stakeholders, drive BIM best practices, and support the BIM Manager with coordination, model health checks, and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper.
• Extensive experience in BIM modelling and coordination across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic BIM implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in BIM technologies and methodologies.
• Coordinate project BIM activities and assist the BIM Manager.
• Model coordination and quality control checks.
• Create and maintain project-specific BIM models as required.
• Act as Model Administrator for assigned projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date BIM project documents and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular landscape model health checks.
• Provide technical support for BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
• Train team members on BIM workflows and tools.
