Job summary

Cundall Warsaw is seeking a talented BIM Manager to lead and coordinate BIM models and drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 across local and international data centre projects. You will manage BIM workflows, ensure templates, and run clash detection with Revit, Navisworks and COBie data integration.

Working with engineers, technicians and BIM Leads, you will develop BIM Execution Plans, adhere to ISO 19650, and contribute to automation initiatives within the in-house Digital Team.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with BIM experience at consulting or MEP contracting environments.
• Experience coordinating BIM models across disciplines and stages 2-4.
• Ability to produce and review BIM Execution Plans and to input COBie/IFC data.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM on multiple projects and coordinate BIM models and drawings.
• Run clash detection and provide reports to engineers to aid coordination.
• Ensure templates and standards are followed and drive automation ideas.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and BIM leads, in Polish and English.
