Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction seeks a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer in Kraków to lead interdisciplinary 3D model management from FEED to EPC, ensuring model consistency and early clash detection. You will collaborate with internal disciplines, project management, and site teams to drive digital collaboration and meet project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Coordination within the EPC industry.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of EPC project design flow and clash resolution.
Familiarity with Revit, AVEVA, or other BIM tools (Preferred).
Fluency in professional English.

Responsibilities

3D Model Leadership: Coordinate integrated 3D models (Navisworks) across all disciplines.
Clash Management: Run clash checks, classify priorities, and ensure clashes are resolved per review cycle.
Standards & Quality: Enforce Level of Development consistency and modeling standards, aiming for zero major issues during formal reviews.
Constructability & Safety: Identify spatial conflicts and constructability issues early to reduce field rework and integrate HSE zoning into model checks.
Innovation: Support 4D pilot projects and drive improvements in BIM processes and digital tools.
Mentorship: Provide onboarding and training sessions to project teams to increase proficiency in model navigation.
