Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Warsaw to conduct research, data governance, and reporting of company performance metrics. You will support senior account executives with performance management, operations strategy, and communications.

The role sits in the Data & Analytics CoE, focusing on leveraging data to improve effectiveness and predict outcomes across the business. Collaboration with Scrum teams and cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Preferred experience in agriculture or related business area.
• Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analysing information and making informed judgments.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies within a Scrum/Agile team.
• Basic knowledge of analytics or relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Proficient with BI tools Tableau, Looker and PowerBI; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports from multiple sources to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
• Review information accuracy and respond to management and vendor requests.
• Work with scenario planning tools and models to study trends.
• Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments and IT to enable project implementations.
• Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
