Job summary

Bunge in Warsaw is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to conduct basic research, data mining, data governance, reporting and interpretation of performance metrics. You will support senior account executives with team performance management, operations strategy, and communications.

This role sits in the Business Intelligence team within the Data & Analytics CoE, focusing on reviewing data to improve effectiveness and predict outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Preferred experience in Agri business or related area.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and making judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum/Agile teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of analytics or relational databases (Oracle, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).

• Review information accuracy and respond to management and vendor requests.

Overview

You will be responsible for conducting basic research, data mining, data governance, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. Additional job responsibilities include direct support to the senior account executive related to team performance management, operations strategy, and communications. This role is part of the Business Intelligence team within the Data & Analytics CoE, responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

Main Accountabilities

• Generate reports using data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.
• Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.
• Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models. Investigate current trends in general business conditions.
• Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
• Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree with 3‑5 years of position related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience level.
• Preferred experience in Agri business or related business area.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to collaborate within a Scrum/Agile team.
• Basic knowledge of analytics or relational database systems such as Oracle, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Strong technical skills in BI technologies such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI; quick learning ability.
