Job summary

emagine is seeking a communicative BI Analyst in Warsaw to join the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence team. The role splits time between BI development and support for the eGO - Operational Finance team, ensuring reliable data and insightful dashboards.

You will gather, analyze, and visualize financial and operational data to drive planning, budgeting, and performance measurement, working with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, IT, or related field with data-driven BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tool.
• Strong communication in English and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data visualization skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated reports to improve data access and efficiency.
• Collaborate with FP&A, eGO, and other groups to gather requirements and build insightful Power BI dashboards.
• Support data models and pipelines for seamless reporting and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and clear documentation of models and dashboards.
• Improve dashboard usability, performance, and self-service analytics.
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and align with stakeholders, especially in eGO.
• Assist in automating data extraction and reporting processes.
• Provide training and basic troubleshooting for Power BI users.
• Continuously develop technical and business understanding with senior colleagues.
