EuroLUX Consulting seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to bolster the global offering in Luxembourg. You will build strategic partnerships and develop sales strategies to win new clients in the Alternative investment funds space.

You must lead with a strategic vision, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with marketing and support teams. Travel to meet clients is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in achieving significant revenue generation within the alternative investment fund services market.
• Be a polished sales professional with 7+ years focused on sales (not relationship management).
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment funds relevant to the Luxembourg market.
• Leadership experience, delivering a strategic vision and being a business influencer.
• Excellent networking and client relationship management experience.
• Travel will be required to meet with existing clients and new prospects.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with asset managers, private equity firms, private credit facilitators and real estate investment companies, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to all existing and new clients; present the service offering and lead client pitches.
• Ensure new growth opportunities are tracked and align with Group strategy.
• Extend your network of intermediaries in the Luxembourg market to facilitate new client introductions.
• Develop relationships with various internal stakeholders including marketing and support teams to further business opportunities.
• Participate in Luxembourg fund industry forums, working groups and conferences; keep abreast of market initiatives and regulatory implications.
