Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery, LLC is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to build and lead a B2B technology content program. You’ll translate complex IT topics into clear content for technical and business buyers, shaping the content that fuels demand and trusted decision‑making.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and SMEs, driving content across the customer journey. This is a hands‑on, manager‑level IC role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in B2B content marketing, copywriting, editorial or related roles.
• Experience writing/editing for complex technology, IT, SaaS, or technical B2B.
• Strong portfolio of long-form B2B content across formats.
• Working knowledge of content strategy, SEO, distribution, and buyer journeys.
• Experience using content results to improve topics and conversions.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Ops, SMEs, agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content strategy aligned with growth goals and ICPs.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar across website, blog, campaigns, events, PR, and enablement.
• Balance planned content with timely opportunities and clear priorities.
• Maintain content standards, messaging frameworks, and sources of truth.
• Research, write, edit, and reuse high-quality content for diverse audiences.
• Interview internal experts to translate technical knowledge for business audiences.
• Develop viewpoints supported by proof points and evidence.
• Create content for data center, IT asset disposition, security, sustainability, and value-recovery topics.
• Edit content from contributors to improve clarity and trust.
• Collaborate with Sales to address buyer questions and content gaps.
• Use AI to support research, writing, and content reuse with quality checks.
