Nebius Academy, powered by TripleTen, seeks an experienced B2B Content Manager to own our global content strategy and build an AI-assisted content operation from the ground up. You’ll craft enterprise-grade content and design scalable AI workflows that ensure quality and impact.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to translate complex AI offerings into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers, while maintaining editorial excellence and performance-driven

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B content marketing, including enterprise audiences with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong portfolio of whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid content.
• Proven track record building AI-assisted content production in production environments.
• Experience designing AI content systems with prompts and review gates.
• Ability to translate complex AI products into enterprise messaging.
• Native-equivalent English writing with autonomous collaboration in a distributed team.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Manager to own our global content strategy and build an AI‑assisted content operation from the ground up. You’ll combine hands‑on content creation for enterprise audiences with designing scalable AI workflows and quality controls.

What you will do

• Own and develop the global B2B content strategy, aligning content with enterprise audiences, buying committees, positioning, and pipeline goals.
• Create high‑quality content across formats, including website and landing page copy, paid advertising, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
• Build and operate an AI‑assisted content production system, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source‑of‑truth repositories, workflows, and human review gates.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to turn complex AI products and customer needs into clear, compelling enterprise messaging.
• Own editorial quality and consistency across all B2B content, continuously improving content based on performance data and new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, including 3+ years creating content for technical or enterprise audiences with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong portfolio of personally written content, including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid acquisition content.
• Proven experience building and running AI‑assisted content production in a real production environment, not just using consumer AI tools ad hoc.
• Hands‑on experience designing AI content systems, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source‑of‑truth repositories, multi‑step/agentic workflows, and human review gates.
• Strong range across content formats; experience limited mainly to blogs or SEO content is not sufficient.
• Native‑equivalent written English and the ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team.
