Nebius Academy, powered by TripleTen, seeks an experienced B2B Content Manager to own our global content strategy and build an AI-assisted content operation from the ground up. You’ll craft enterprise-grade content and design scalable AI workflows that ensure quality and impact.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to translate complex AI offerings into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers, while maintaining editorial excellence and performance-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B content marketing, including enterprise audiences with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong portfolio of whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid content.
• Proven track record building AI-assisted content production in production environments.
• Experience designing AI content systems with prompts and review gates.
• Ability to translate complex AI products into enterprise messaging.
• Native-equivalent English writing with autonomous collaboration in a distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the global B2B content strategy aligned with enterprise buyers and pipeline goals.
• Create high-quality content across formats: website, whitepapers, case studies, ads, thought leadership.
• Build and operate an AI-assisted content production system with workflows and human review gates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing to craft clear enterprise messaging.
• Maintain editorial quality and continuously improve content based on data and new AI capabilities.
