Job summary

TextExpander, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own content end-to-end, including production and distribution.

You will decide what gets made, manage freelancers, and drive reach and downstream revenue across healthcare, customer support, legal, insurance, education, and beyond. The role emphasizes format-agnostic content—from long-form articles to video, social, audio, webinars, and templates—while building a voice true to TextExpander.

Qualifications

• Content Marketing Experience: 5+ years in B2B content marketing, including time at a self-serve or product-led SaaS company.
• Range: A portfolio showing strong work in more than one medium.
• Distribution Chops: Track record of getting content in front of a hard-to-reach audience, with measurable moves.
• Data Fluency: You pull your own numbers and know which metrics predict revenue.
• Directing Others: Experience briefing, editing, and maintaining a quality bar with freelancers, creators, or agencies.
• Editorial Judgment: Fast, clean writing with strong instincts; use of AI while preserving voice.
• Self-Direction: Manage a large surface area with limited supervision and production budget.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Own the content roadmap and voice behind TextExpander
• Multi-Format Production: Lead long- and short-form content, video, audio, webinars, templates, and more; manage freelancers and partners
• Distribution: Own channel mix (organic social, email, communities, syndication, in-product surfaces) and repurpose assets
• Measurement and Revenue Ownership: Track reach, trials, activations, purchases; report on pipeline and revenue influence
