Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Regional Demand Planner to join the European cocoa planning team in a hybrid role based in Poland. You will drive forecast accuracy, lead demand planning activities, and collaborate with sales, supply planning, and finance to align demand with supply and budgets.

You will enrich the baseline forecast with market insights, manage KPIs, and participate in sign-off meetings to ensure consensus and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 3/5 years experience in supply chain planning in an industrial/international environment.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent with focus on supply chain.
• ERP and planning systems such as SAP and planning tools like OMP.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve statistical baseline in demand planning tool (OMP) for next 24 months.
• Enrich baseline with market intelligence and sales input.
• Track DP KPIs (BIAS/Forecast Accuracy) and drive improvements.
• Coordinate sign-off meetings with sales and VPs.
• Collaborate with Supply planning to understand constraints and shape demand.
• Participate in S&OP/S&OE to reflect allocation decisions in the plan.
