Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking an Azure Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable Azure capabilities. You will drive Terraform-based infrastructure, Azure networking, governance, and CI/CD processes while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Azure-enabled infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on with Terraform modules and state management; ARM/Bicep is a plus.
• Strong skills in Azure networking, security, governance, and hybrid infra.
• CI/CD and GitOps processes, with scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• Observability with monitoring, logging, and alerts in Azure.
• Generative AI tools applied to development, diagnostics, or infra tasks.
• Experience building developer-facing platforms and templates; Jira/Agile.
• Fluent English; able to mentor teams and work across Windows/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable Azure platform capabilities.
• Building and managing infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
• Lead Azure networking, connectivity, routing, segmentation, and hybrid infra.
• Implementing security policies, governance, and platform guardrails.
• Applying the Azure Well-Architected Framework for design and improvement.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD and GitOps for infrastructure.
• Developing automation and observability with Azure-native tools and scripting.
• Building templates, self-service capabilities, and developer-facing platforms.
• Applying Generative AI to infra development, diagnostics, automation, and ops.
• Collaborating with teams, mentoring engineers, and promoting platform practices.
