Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking a senior backend/cloud engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI-enabled platforms. You will own cloud architecture, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployments in regulated environments.

You will collaborate with EU-based architects and stakeholders, deliver cloud-native applications, and ensure governance and compliance while operating in distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience building an agent harness, agent factory, or comparable agentic platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building agentic AI platform capabilities from the ground up.
• Developing and delivering cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Establishing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploying and operating solutions in enterprise environments with governance and security compliance.
• Collaborating with client architects, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Supporting integration between modern AI solutions and existing enterprise systems.
• Working within highly regulated environments with legacy infrastructure.
