Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking an experienced AWS and DevOps engineer to support cloud infrastructure and enable development teams across our projects in the EU. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate distributed components, and mentor teams while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

A strong focus on automation, security, and reliable operations, plus good English, is required; work from the EU region and a work permit are necessary.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS and DevOps engineering experience.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants to improve software delivery.
• Experience with AWS CLI, AWS SSO, IAM and IAM Identity Center.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Git for managing AWS infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AWS services including ECS, Fargate, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Route53, CloudFront, PrivateLink, ALB/NLB.
• Experience with Cognito, Secrets Manager, IAM, and Organizations.
• Experience with CloudWatch, CloudTrail.
• Redis management experience.
• Elasticsearch/Elastic Cloud and Kibana experience.
• IBM MQ cluster management.
• Strong debugging across distributed applications and infrastructure.
• Docker and containerized environments.
• Understand CI/CD principles and deployment pipelines.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and supporting development teams with infrastructure-related issues.
• Setting up, configuring, and managing distributed infrastructure components and services.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD solutions and supporting the delivery process.
• Coordinating DevOps and infrastructure activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and service integration issues.
• Supporting reliable communication between application services and infrastructure components.
• Providing technical guidance and recommendations during planning and design sessions.
• Ensuring infrastructure changes and implementations meet agreed technical requirements.
