Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader. This role owns the Azure data platform, ETL processes, SQL data modeling, and Power BI reporting to enable reliable analytics and informed decision making across Distribution Excellence.

Based in Wroclaw (Legnicka) with additional location in Warsaw, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain data quality, governance, and scalable data solutions that drive performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI roles.
• Hands-on with Azure-based data platforms (Data Factory, Azure SQL or similar).
• Strong ETL design, development, and optimization experience.
• Experience with end-to-end data flows from source to reporting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate or guide team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Azure environment supporting Distribution Excellence use cases.
• Maintain and monitor data pipelines, storage, and integration components.
• Coordinate with IT on access, security, and governance.
• Develop, optimize SQL queries and manage Power BI datasets.
• Oversee dashboard development, performance, and governance.
• Ensure data quality and traceability across reporting layers.
• Collaborate with Distribution Excellence to translate business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in data engineering.
