Job summary

Planet in Warszawa, MZ, PL, is seeking an experienced BI Data Analyst to transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights using PowerBI, SQL, and modern data tools. You will drive analytics across Payments, DCC, Tax-Free, and Hospitality, delivering scalable dashboards and mentoring teammates in a hybrid office setting.

You will own end-to-end analytics projects, work with stakeholders to define requirements, and contribute to the BI strategy while ensuring data quality and governance

Qualifications

• PowerBI advanced with DAX, automated reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL proficiency, experience with large datasets in cloud.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data pipelines (dbt or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and generate insights from large datasets to drive business decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable PowerBI dashboards for multiple teams.
• Promote automation and optimization of reporting and analytics processes.
• Lead end-to-end projects from requirements to delivery, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure efficient ETL and data governance.
