EY GDS Poland seeks a Business Intelligence Architect with French to design and implement advanced data solutions using Azure, Power BI, and related data technologies. You will work in a global team, delivering enterprise-grade BI solutions and mentoring data engineers.

The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic leadership in a hybrid setup across Poland, with some international collaboration.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years in a similar role delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.
C1-level French and very good English (written and spoken).
Expert skills in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Azure (ADF, Synapse, Analysis Services).
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and system integration.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, data quality methodologies, and cross-technology integration.
Excellent communication translating business needs to technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance the data platform with SQL/NoSQL and Azure-based ETL (ADF).
Integrate diverse data sources to create a reliable, well-governed data ecosystem.
Develop Power BI reports and automate processes using Power Platform and AI-driven solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers for end-to-end data solutions delivery.
Translate complex business requirements for C-level audiences.
