Job summary

You will lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud initiatives, architect secure integrations, and guide enterprise transformations in Agile/ITSM contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Atlassian products.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Jira Data Center.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation.
• Knowledge of SSO and IAM.
• Experience with ITIL practices.
• English level B1+.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable Atlassian platform architecture.
• Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud projects (Jira & Forge).
• Define governance, permissions, and security models.
• Architect integrations with ServiceNow and GitHub Enterprise.
• Build automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira.
• Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
