Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead client engagements in the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementations to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Atlassian Cloud consulting experience with migrations of Jira and Confluence to Atlassian Cloud.
• Ability to gather requirements, design and document processes, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Experience conducting workshops and training with stakeholders.
• Experience advising on Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard focused on security and IdP integration.
• Proficiency in automation, optimization, and integration within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
• Fluent Polish and English; residence in Poland; strong client orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the client in Atlassian solutions, coordinating activities and communicating progress.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions, following best practices and configuration principles.
• Provide ongoing support, inform about new capabilities, and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with Atlassian team members and ensure quality and long-term fit of deployments.
• Define business requirements, plan migrations from a business perspective.
