Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead client engagements within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage migrations from Jira/Confluence on-premise to the cloud. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality, compliant deployments.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, with residence in Poland. This role emphasizes customer orientation, project leadership, and hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Atlassian Cloud consulting across client environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into Atlassian solutions.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence migrations to Atlassian Cloud.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Security and IdP integration guidance in Atlassian ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for client in Atlassian solutions and coordinate activities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and configurations.
• Provide ongoing client support and system optimization guidance.
• Coordinate migration projects from planning to execution.
