Sii Poland seeks an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead client engagements in the Atlassian Cloud realm. You will be the primary contact for clients, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.

You will oversee migrations, design configurations, and support optimization while building strong, long-term client relationships. The role requires extensive collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication skills in Polish and English, and a proactive project-management

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience consulting on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira/Confluence migrations.
• Experience conducting workshops and training with stakeholders to analyze, design and document business processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the client in Atlassian solutions, coordinating activities and guiding the project.
• Gather requirements from business and translate into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and configuration principles.
• Provide ongoing client communication, report on new system capabilities and identify gaps.
• Collaborate with Atlassian team members and coordinate work for timely delivery.
• Ensure quality and long-term suitability of deployed solutions with business needs.
