Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead business process consulting within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will analyze requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and oversee migrations from on-premise to Cloud, ensuring quality and alignment with best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders daily, design configurations, and support optimization and integrations while building long-term client relationships and providing proactive project leadership.

Qualifications

4+ years of Atlassian Cloud consulting experience across industries, including migrations of Jira/Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud.
Experience conducting workshops and training and working with stakeholders, with the ability to analyze, design, and document business processes and translate client needs into technical solutions.
Experience advising on Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a focus on security architecture and IdP integration.
Experience with process automation, optimization, and integration within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
Knowledge of Atlassian Collections and available subscription plans and their functional differences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Polish and English fluency; residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian solutions area – active collaboration and coordination of activities.
Cooperating with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
Designing and implementing solutions, considering best practices and configuration principles.
Ongoing support and communication with the client – informing about new system capabilities and identifying gaps.
Active collaboration with Atlassian team members, coordinating work.
Ensuring the quality and optimization of deployed solutions, considering long-term business needs.
Defining business requirements, planning, and coordinating the migration project from a business perspective.
