Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead client engagements, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions. You will design, implement, and oversee migrations, ensuring quality, security, and best practices, while supporting optimization and automation.

You will act as the SPOC for the client, collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships, delivering value across Jira, Confluence, and related cloud apps.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting on Atlassian Cloud; Jira/Confluence migrations (on-premise to Cloud).
• Ability to run workshops and train stakeholders; translate needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud Organization, IdP integration, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the client in Atlassian solutions; coordinate activities.
• Gather requirements and translate into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and configuration principles.
• Provide ongoing client communication; identify gaps and respond to non-standard situations.
• Collaborate with Atlassian team members to coordinate work.
• Ensure quality and long-term suitability of solutions for business needs.
• Plan and coordinate migration projects from a business perspective.
