Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to drive client transformations within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will act as the SPOC, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable cloud solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.

You will lead migrations, coordinate stakeholders, deliver workshops, and maintain strong client relationships, while leveraging Jira, Confluence, Loom, and related tools to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Atlassian Cloud consulting with client migrations.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Ability to analyze, design, and document business processes and translate needs into solutions.
• Strong communication, workshop delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud Organization, Guard, and IdP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the client in Atlassian solutions, coordinating activities.
• Gather requirements from business and translate into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and config principles.
• Provide ongoing client communication, identify gaps, and support new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Atlassian team members and coordinate work streams.
• Ensure quality and alignment with long-term business needs.
• Plan and coordinate migration projects from a business perspective.
