Job summary

Factor is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager in Wroclaw to join a global client delivery team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex pharmaceutical manufacturing and related agreements, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled contracting initiatives.

You will lead and mentor junior lawyers, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client policies and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Legally eligible to work in Poland.
• 8+ years of legal experience, ideally in pharmaceutical manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex pharmaceutical manufacturing and related agreements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-risk or complex contractual matters.
• Provide structured contract analysis and risk assessments.
• Lead AI-enabled contracting initiatives and data-driven improvements.
• Standardize clauses and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coach and develop junior legal professionals and maintain guidance materials.
• Maintain contract dashboards with volume, ageing, and region metrics.
