Job summary

Factor is seeking a Contract Management Associate in Wroclaw to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts as part of a broader support service to client contracts management and in-house legal teams.

The role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, data handling, and a proactive, energy-driven approach. A hybrid/remote working model with an office in Wroclaw is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to take instructions from clients and escalate issues to junior team members.
• Experience in contracting functions or in-house legal support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Contracts for client projects.
• Coordinate with in-house legal teams on international deals, procurement, marketing, and tech matters.
• Contribute to the delivery and compliance with client commitments and data management.
• Manage active caseload and maintain data in client systems.
• Assist with template development and process improvements for the contract function.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Contract Management Associate to join us in our Wroclaw Office. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client’s contracts management and in‑house legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts
• Working closely with our client’s in‑house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer matters
• Be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client
• Active caseload management
• Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments;
• Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date;
• Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;
• Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.

This role requires the legal knowledge to take instructions from our Clients, take appropriate action and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members. It’s no small task!

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of working with or for a tech, telecommunications, financial services or professional services firm preferably in a contracting function;
• Experience with Software as a Service provider negotiation;
• Strong AI acumen;
• Google Suite proficiency;
• The ability to handle large datasets and transform them into clear executive reports;
• Experience of working in‑house.
