Job summary

We're looking for a Contract Management Associate to join us in our Wroclaw Office. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client's contracts management and in-house legal teams.

This role will require to work US hours shft 1:30 PM-9:30 PM

• Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts
• Working closely with our Client's in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer matters
• Be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client
• Active caseload management
• Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments;
• Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date;
• Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;
• Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

• Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified;
• Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
• Minimum of 2 years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, an ALSP, as part of an in-house legal team or within Factor;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Regular client-facing experience;
• Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word;

• Client relationship management
• Experience of working with or for a telecommunications, financial services or professional services firm preferably in a contracting function;
• Experience of working in-house
